Which artwork formats are accepted?
AI, EPS, and PDF vector files are preferred. High-resolution PNG, JPG, and WebP files can also be reviewed.
How is the estimate calculated?
The estimate uses the active product pricing table together with dimensions, quantity, options, and delivery selection. The server validates it again before checkout.
Is there a minimum quantity?
Each product shows its current minimum in the configurator. Quote-only products are reviewed individually.
When does production begin?
Production begins after required order checks and proof approval are complete.
How is the delivery date selected?
Available dates are calculated from the product production calendar and service priorities. The requested date is confirmed after review.
Can I order a custom shape?
Products that support custom outlines show the relevant construction or cutting choice. Artwork is reviewed before production.
