Production Overview
Custom production follows the specification agreed for your order. The product, quantity, usable artwork and any required proof approval all affect when production can begin and when the order is ready to dispatch.
What information does production need?
Choose the patch type, size, quantity, finish and backing shown on the product page. The configuration and artwork instructions become part of the order we review. Include placement details and any essential deadline. For a product or option that is not listed, contact us before ordering.
When does production start?
Production starts after the required order checks, usable artwork and any required proof approval are complete. We may ask for a clearer file or clarification before production. The Artwork Guide explains what to send.
Where a proof is provided, check the spelling, colours, dimensions, placement and other details carefully before approving it. Approval authorises us to make the item to the agreed specification, subject to reasonable production tolerances. Read our Personalisation & Artwork Policy and proof checklist.
Does the production date include delivery?
A date labelled Ready to ship is an estimated dispatch date, not an arrival date. Production timing depends on the product, quantity, artwork readiness and any proof approval. A displayed estimate is not a guaranteed arrival date.
Delivery options and charges depend on the destination and must be confirmed before you place an order. See Shipping & Delivery or contact us before ordering if a deadline matters.
What if I need to change the specification?
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the details you want to change. Changes after approval or after production starts may affect price and timing. Ask us to confirm what is possible before relying on a revised schedule.
What if the finished item has a problem?
If the delivered item is faulty or does not match the agreed specification, contact us with your order number and a description of the problem; photographs may help us review it. Your statutory rights remain in place. See Returns & Refunds for the process.
