Which finishes can I choose?
Glossy for a smooth, shiny surface, matte for a soft, non reflective look, glitter with sparkle mixed into the silicone, or reflective for high visibility.
Which thickness should I choose?
0.8 mm is thin and flexible, 1.0 mm has a little more depth and body, and 1.2 mm gives the most raised, dimensional finish.
How many colours can my logo have?
Up to 6 silicone colours. Choose the number of colours in your logo when you order, and we will match them to your artwork.
What is the difference between printed and 3D silicone patches?
3D silicone patches build your logo in raised, moulded layers with up to 6 solid colours. Printed silicone patches have your design printed on the silicone surface, so they suit gradients, photos and fine detail.
What is the difference between moulded and 3D silicone patches?
Both are made from moulded silicone with up to 6 colours. Moulded silicone patches come with sew on, iron on or key chain backing. 3D silicone patches let you choose the finish (glossy, matte, glitter or reflective) and the thickness.
How do I apply 3D silicone patches?
Use a heat press at 150 to 160°C (302 to 320°F) for 25 to 30 seconds with medium pressure, then peel off the clear film. If the patch does not hold, raise the heat by up to 10°C, never above 170°C (338°F), and use firmer pressure. Check that your garment can take heat first.
What is the minimum order?
The minimum order is 5 pieces for Custom 3D Silicone Patches. The more you order, the lower the price per piece.
How is my price worked out?
Your price is based on the average of the width and height you enter and the quantity you order, using the price table on this page. Any paid options are added as you choose them, and the total updates as you go.
Which shapes and sizes can I order?
Sizes from 2″ to 8″.
Can I choose the colours?
Yes. We match the colours to your artwork. If you have Pantone (PMS) colours, add them in the instructions box.
Are there any design limits?
Most designs can be made. If a detail is too small or thin for this method, we will adjust it and show you the change on your proof before production starts.
Which artwork files can I send?
Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) reproduce best. High-resolution PNG, JPG, and WebP files are reviewed and we will tell you if anything needs redrawing.
What if my artwork is not ready yet?
Choose Email later and send your artwork after you order, or choose Get design help and tell us your idea. Production only starts once you approve the artwork.
Do I see a proof first?
Yes. A production proof is issued for you to check spelling, dimensions, colours, and placement. Production starts after you approve it.
How long does production take?
You choose this at the last step. The standard option has an estimated production time of 15 working days with no production surcharge. Faster options from 9 working days cost more, and a slower option costs less. The date shown is when your order is ready to ship, not when it arrives. If you have a fixed deadline, tell us before you order.
How much is delivery?
We ship to the UK, Europe, the USA, Canada, Australia and worldwide. The delivery charge depends on where you are and the size of your order, and it is shown before you place your order. Orders sent outside the UK may have import taxes or duties set by your country. "Included" on a production option means no extra production cost, not free delivery. See our Shipping & Delivery page.
