Chenille is a soft, looped yarn that stands up from the patch with a fluffy, raised texture. It is the classic material for varsity and letterman jacket letters.

Yes. Order single letters, initials or numbers, or a full crest, in the size you need from 3 to 18 inches.

Plain chenille gives a soft, fluffy look and suits big letters. Embroidered chenille adds stitched outlines and small text, so it suits crests and logos with more detail.

Yes. Choose iron on backing for cotton and cotton blend clothing. For jackets and bags that get heavy use, sew on gives the longest hold.

The minimum order is 10 pieces for Custom Chenille Patches. The more you order, the lower the price per piece.

Your price is based on the average of the width and height you enter and the quantity you order, using the price table on this page. Any paid options are added as you choose them, and the total updates as you go.

You can choose plain backing, iron on backing, tape backing, Single Velcro (hook side) or Double Velcro (hook and loop). Plain backing is included. Any extra cost for the others shows when you select them.

Sewing it on is the most secure option and lasts through regular washing. Velcro is best if you want to remove or swap it. Iron-on is quick for cotton and polyester, but avoid it on nylon, leather and waterproof fabrics.

Sizes from 3″ to 18″. You can pick from 39 shapes, or choose Custom shape to have it cut to the outline of your artwork.

Your design is made on a base fabric. You can choose ordinary backing or metallic backing when you order.

Yes. We match the colours to your artwork. If you have Pantone (PMS) colours, add them in the instructions box.

Most designs can be made. If a detail is too small or thin for this method, we will adjust it and show you the change on your proof before production starts.

Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) reproduce best. High-resolution PNG, JPG, and WebP files are reviewed and we will tell you if anything needs redrawing.

Yes. A production proof is issued for you to check spelling, dimensions, colours, and placement. Production starts after you approve it.

Yes. You can ask for a photo of your actual item before we make the full order. The extra cost is shown next to the option.

You can add an individual polybag for each piece.

You choose this at the last step. The standard option has an estimated production time of 12 working days with no production surcharge. Faster options from 5 working days cost more, and a slower option costs less. The date shown is when your order is ready to ship, not when it arrives. If you have a fixed deadline, tell us before you order.

We ship to the UK, Europe, the USA, Canada, Australia and worldwide. The delivery charge depends on where you are and the size of your order, and it is shown before you place your order. Orders sent outside the UK may have import taxes or duties set by your country. "Included" on a production option means no extra production cost, not free delivery. See our Shipping & Delivery page.

Wash inside out on a cool cycle and avoid tumble drying. If an edge lifts, a few stitches around the edge will hold it in place.
