Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between one colour and full colour TPU patches?

One colour TPU patches are made in a single colour, such as white, black, silver, gold, glitter or holographic. Full colour TPU patches have printed artwork on a raised TPU body, so they suit logos with several colours, gradients and fine detail.

What are full colour TPU patches?

They are raised TPU patches with your artwork printed in colour, giving a dimensional surface with colour transitions and detailed designs.

How is this patch attached?

It comes with iron on backing as standard. Apply it with a heat press or a household iron, then let it cool before moving it. Iron on works well on cotton and polyester, but avoid nylon, leather and waterproof fabrics.

What is the minimum order?

The minimum order is 50 pieces for Full Colour TPU Patches. The more you order, the lower the price per piece.

How is my price worked out?

Your price is based on the average of the width and height you enter and the quantity you order, using the price table on this page. Any paid options are added as you choose them, and the total updates as you go.

Which shapes and sizes can I order?

Sizes from 2″ to 8″.

Can I choose the colours?

Yes. We match the colours to your artwork. If you have Pantone (PMS) colours, add them in the instructions box.

Are there any design limits?

Most designs can be made. If a detail is too small or thin for this method, we will adjust it and show you the change on your proof before production starts.

Which artwork files can I send?

Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) reproduce best. High-resolution PNG, JPG, and WebP files are reviewed and we will tell you if anything needs redrawing.

What if my artwork is not ready yet?

Choose Email later and send your artwork after you order, or choose Get design help and tell us your idea. Production only starts once you approve the artwork.

Do I see a proof first?

Yes. A production proof is issued for you to check spelling, dimensions, colours, and placement. Production starts after you approve it.

Can I see a real sample before production?

Yes. You can ask for a photo of your actual item before we make the full order. The extra cost is shown next to the option.

What extras can I add?

You can add an individual polybag for each piece.

How long does production take?

You choose this at the last step. The standard option has an estimated production time of 15 working days with no production surcharge. Faster options from 9 working days cost more, and a slower option costs less. The date shown is when your order is ready to ship, not when it arrives. If you have a fixed deadline, tell us before you order.

How much is delivery?

We ship to the UK, Europe, the USA, Canada, Australia and worldwide. The delivery charge depends on where you are and the size of your order, and it is shown before you place your order. Orders sent outside the UK may have import taxes or duties set by your country. "Included" on a production option means no extra production cost, not free delivery. See our Shipping & Delivery page.
