What is the minimum order?
The minimum order is 20 pieces for Metal Patches. Larger quantities lower the price per patch.
How is my price worked out?
The price comes from the size you choose and the quantity you order.
Are there any design limits?
Most designs can be made. If a detail is too small or thin for this method, we will adjust it and show you the change on your proof before production starts.
Which artwork files can I send?
Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) work best for laser engraving. High resolution PNG or JPG files also work.
What if my artwork is not ready yet?
Choose Email later and send your artwork after you order, or choose Get design help and tell us your idea. Production only starts once you approve the artwork.
Do I see a proof first?
Yes. A digital proof is sent for you to check before production starts.
How long does production take?
You choose this at the last step. The standard option has an estimated production time of 20 working days with no production surcharge. Faster options from 14 working days cost more, and a slower option costs less. The date shown is when your order is ready to ship, not when it arrives. If you have a fixed deadline, tell us before you order.
How much is delivery?
We ship to the UK, Europe, the USA, Canada, Australia and worldwide. The delivery charge depends on where you are and the size of your order, and it is shown before you place your order. Orders sent outside the UK may have import taxes or duties set by your country. "Included" on a production option means no extra production cost, not free delivery. See our Shipping & Delivery page.

Black, gold or silver.
What are metal patches made of?
They are made from zinc alloy, then cut, engraved, polished and plated for a durable, premium finish.
How is the logo added?
Your logo is laser engraved into the metal. You can also order them blank.
Which sizes and colours are available?
Black comes in 50 x 10 mm. Gold and silver come in 35 x 8 mm, 50 x 10 mm and 30 x 10 mm. Every size is the same price.
What can I use them on?
