What is the minimum order?

You can order from 1 piece of 3D UV Printed Relief Labels. Larger quantities lower the price per label.

How is my price worked out?

The price comes from the average of the width and height you enter, rounded up to the next half inch, and the quantity you order.

Which backings can I choose?

You can choose iron on backing. Any extra cost shows when you select an option.

Which shapes and sizes can I order?

Sizes from 2″ to 8″. You can pick from 39 shapes, or choose Custom shape to have it cut to the outline of your artwork.

Can I choose the colours?

Yes. We match the colours to your artwork. If you have Pantone (PMS) colours, add them in the instructions box.

Are there any design limits?

Most designs can be made. If a detail is too small or thin for this method, we will adjust it and show you the change on your proof before production starts.

Which artwork files can I send?

Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) reproduce best. High resolution PNG or JPG files also work.

What if my artwork is not ready yet?

Choose Email later and send your artwork after you order, or choose Get design help and tell us your idea. Production only starts once you approve the artwork.

Do I see a proof first?

Yes. A digital proof is sent for you to check before production starts.

How long does production take?

You choose this at the last step. The standard option has an estimated production time of 20 working days with no production surcharge. Faster options from 14 working days cost more, and a slower option costs less. The date shown is when your order is ready to ship, not when it arrives. If you have a fixed deadline, tell us before you order.

How much is delivery?

We ship to the UK, Europe, the USA, Canada, Australia and worldwide. The delivery charge depends on where you are and the size of your order, and it is shown before you place your order. Orders sent outside the UK may have import taxes or duties set by your country. "Included" on a production option means no extra production cost, not free delivery. See our Shipping & Delivery page.

What is a 3D UV printed relief label?

It is a TPU label printed with UV ink in raised layers, creating a bold 3D effect with full colour detail.

How do I apply it?

Each label has a built in hot melt adhesive, so no glue or stitching is needed. Press at 160 degrees for 10 seconds. Fabrics react differently to heat, so test on a spare piece or a hidden area first.

What is faux embroidery?

It is a raised texture that looks like real stitching, giving an embroidered look with printed detail.

Where can I use them?

They are perfect for hats, T shirts, hoodies and jerseys.
