How are silicone fabric labels attached?
They come with plain backing, so they are sewn on around the edge of the fabric base. Sewing gives the most secure hold and lasts through regular washing.
What is the minimum order?
The minimum order is 2,000 pieces for Silicone Fabric Labels. The more you order, the lower the price per piece.
How is my price worked out?
The price comes from the average of the width and height you enter, rounded up to the next half inch, and the quantity you order.
Are there any design limits?
Most designs can be made. If a detail is too small or thin for this method, we will adjust it and show you the change on your proof before production starts.
Which artwork files can I send?
Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) reproduce best. High resolution PNG or JPG files also work.
What if my artwork is not ready yet?
Choose Email later and send your artwork after you order, or choose Get design help and tell us your idea. Production only starts once you approve the artwork.
Do I see a proof first?
Yes. A digital proof is sent for you to check the size, colours and logo placement. Production starts after you approve it.
Can I see a real sample before production?
Yes. You can ask for a photo of your actual label before we make the full order. The extra cost is shown next to the option.
How long does production take?
You choose this at the last step. The standard option has an estimated production time of 15 working days with no production surcharge. Faster options from 9 working days cost more, and a slower option costs less. The date shown is when your order is ready to ship, not when it arrives. If you have a fixed deadline, tell us before you order.
How much is delivery?
We ship to the UK, Europe, the USA, Canada, Australia and worldwide. The delivery charge depends on where you are and the size of your order, and it is shown before you place your order. Orders sent outside the UK may have import taxes or duties set by your country. "Included" on a production option means no extra production cost, not free delivery. See our Shipping & Delivery page.
